Great price for this vest, but size down! I was looking for a warm, tough vest, and found this vest on Amazon for much less than I would pay for it elsewhere, and in great colors! I ordered the purple, and I love the color which is a very nice, bright purple. The vest is tough, like all Carhart products and has plenty of pockets. Great vest for warmth! I bought this vest to wear in the barn as a vet student because we are always using our hands and it frees up my arms. I really love how it looks and the length is great to cover up the top of your hips and keep them warm as well. The color looks very nice and it is good quality. I really wanted to love this vest I spend a lot of time living and working out of doors and was looking for something exactly like this. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. I am a petite woman, 5’1, 100 lb and was hopeful about the XS size. This vest is not exactly cut as shown. The waist flares out toward the hips significantly, which I guess would be of great benefit for someone who is short AND wide. For me, the wide bottom not only looked silly but got in the way of my arms swinging freely. NOT suitable for either work or play…
