Someone just called you a skinny today and you didn’t get mad. Because you’re a real skinny. Is it bad? It’s not if you’re an optimist at heart. No one could pick a shirt the teenager’s section like you. I’m sorry if that doesn’t make you proud being skinny.
I know you have done something to overcome this situation.
You have tried to buff up but you can’t pack on any pounds — even a bunch of doughnuts can’t help. Recently, you tried the Big Mac and Cola diet combined with the eat-until-you-feel-sick diet but they failed you!
A friend of mine suggested his skinny friend to to eat six times a day, with at least three of those meals being actual food — not sweet, chocolate and cigarette. Get enough protein with every meal, and stick to whole grains and wheat-based products for your carbohydrates — oh yeah, you can have a date with veggies, too. I’m not sure about supplements but no harm having them as well within the right dose. I heard they’re good to help you pack on mass. Protein bars? the advertisement said it’s the best that come in handy for a quick meal in-between classes break.
If all of those effort fail you, just remember a T-shirt from Poseur Ink ($15) that says: Fat Boy on the Inside. The blue-pink design is printed on white, fine jersey short sleeve by American Apparel. Available in men’s sizes for your wear. So people know that you’re not only eating salads everyday – you get crunk on the junk food too!
